1. Skipped Rows

   • Check if your input column contains blank or invalid rows. TypeCharm will skip these rows automatically.
   • Make sure you have enough credits. If your balance runs out mid-task, it will stop processing.
   • Try again - sometimes the system may run into errors when writing back to the Google Sheet.

2. Nothing Happens When Clicking "Run Task"

   There are several potential reasons why nothing might happen when you click "Run Task." Here are the most common ones and how to resolve them:

   A. OpenAI API Key Generated Before Adding Credits

   • Issue: If you created your OpenAI API key before adding any credits to your OpenAI account, the key might not be fully functional. This is a common issue when the OpenAI account balance is insufficient to execute tasks.
   • Solution:
     • First, add at least $5 worth of credits to your OpenAI account by visiting the OpenAI billing page.
     • Then, go to your OpenAI dashboard and generate a new API key after credits have been added. This ensures the key is associated with an account that has a positive balance.
     • Important: Use this new API key in TypeCharm’s settings (replace the old one) to ensure the app functions correctly.

   B. Check for Other Common Issues:

   1. Insufficient Credits:
      • Verify that you have enough TypeCharm credits and OpenAI credits. Without sufficient credits in either account, tasks will not run.
   2. Google Sheets Access Permissions:
      • Ensure you have "Edit" access to the Google Sheet you're working on. If you're viewing a shared sheet in "View-only" mode, TypeCharm won't be able to process tasks.
   3. Overloaded Task Size:
      • If you’re running tasks on very large data sets (e.g., more than 500 rows), consider running the task in smaller batches. Processing too many rows simultaneously can slow down or prevent the task from completing.

3. Login/Auth Errors – Multiple Accounts

• If you’re logged in to multiple Google accounts, TypeCharm may have trouble authenticating. Log out of all accounts and log back in with the correct account.
• I Topped Up My Account, but Tasks Aren’t Running
  • Check if your subscription is active in the customer portal. If it has expired or has never been activated, you will not be able to use use credits, even if you top-up.
• Incomplete Responses
  • Increase the maximum token limit in the task settings. Different models have different limits for tokens.
